art as meditation

the first piece inspired by the rhythmic composition of captured moments 005

- are a translation of my meditative moments in nature

and i hope the simplicity of form

will become a source of meditation for you

 

the second piece is created from the washi tape utilised

in making the negative space on the first

additional marks have been made

as part of a free flowing meditative practice

 

what initially looks like chaos

is decontructed and reconstructed 

to create a piece that has points of interest

to facilitate a state of mindfulness

the entry deadline for draws is 8pm on a saturday

prior to the sunday draw

the winner will be notified by noon on the monday
